Enrolment Methods

1. Online enrolment: Registrant first create an account online, then set a fundraising target and appeal to prospective sponsors; or form a team by recruiting teammates.

2. By Post/Fax: Participants please complete and return the enrolment form together with a crossed cheque / original copy of bank-in slip or transaction receipt to our office by 30 September 2011: Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation, 22/F Jupiter Tower, 9 Jupiter Street, North Point, Hong Kong.
Alternatively, completed enrolment form with donation by providing credit card details can be faxed to 2525 6233.
