Enrolment Deadline and Confirmation Please submit the enrolment form and make donation on or before 11:59pm, 15 October 2019 to confirm your registration. Participants will be confirmed by email for successful enrolment. |

Oversubscription If the event is oversubscribed before the deadline, the HKBCF will stop accepting enrolment and donations will be returned. |

Start Time To ensure that the walk is held in an orderly manner, participants will be assigned a start time, namely 8:45, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00 and 11:30am. We will notify you/ your team leader of your start time by email. |

Registration on the Event Day Participants are required to sign in at the registration counter 30 minutes before the start time. |

Best Dressed & Best Hat Designed Pink Awards Contestants of the best dressed awards should wear their self-designed pink costume/pink hat and register at the designated counter between 8:15 am and 9:15 am on the event day. Results will be announced and the awards presented during the officiating ceremony to be held at 10:00 am on the day. |

Top Fundraiser Awards & Highest Participation Awards All awards will be determined based on donations received and the number of participants enrolled on or before 11:59 pm, 15 October 2019. |

Go Green Bring your own bottle. We will provide water refill station. |

Inclement Weather and Cancellation of the Event The event will be cancelled if Amber/ Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory at or after 5:00 am on the event day. No refund will be made and all funds raised from the event will be donated to the HKBCF. |
