Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation (HKBCF) is deeply honoured to have been selected as one of the designated charitable organisations under the Marathon Charity Programme of the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2027. No one should face breast cancer alone. HKBCF has always stood alongside breast cancer patients, supporting them throughout their treatment and recovery journey.
Every act of care and every step taken together can bring strength, courage and hope to breast cancer patients. We sincerely invite you to join us in running for this meaningful cause - Run in Pink, Love in Sync - spreading the Power of Pink and standing alongside every woman affected by breast cancer.
Funds raised will be used to support HKBCF’s breast cancer support services for newly diagnosed breast cancer patients, including early-stage nursing guidance, treatment information support and emotional support, helping patients and their families receive appropriate support at the initial stage of diagnosis and face treatment with reassurance and peace of mind.
Race Day: 17 January 2027 (Sunday)
Entry Requirements
- Half Marathon and 10 KM Race Participants must be aged 16 or above in 2027 (based on year of birth)
- Half Marathon: Minimum Donation of HK$2,600
- 10 KM race: Minimum Donation of HK$2,200
How to Register as a Charity Runner
Step 1: Submit the Registration Form
Submit the Google Form for initial registration. Please note that this form is intended for registration purposes only, and submission of the form does not guarantee a place.
Registration deadline: 11 October 2026 11:59 pm
Quotas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Step 2: Registration Confirmation
Upon receipt of your form, we will contact you on or before 16 October 2026. Selected registrants will receive email instructions to set up a personal fundraising page and to complete the donation process.
Step 3: Official Enrolment as a Charity Runner
Once we have confirmed receipt of the minimum fundraising amount, we will send you the designated registration link within 1 week.
Please complete your registration via the designated link on or before 6 November 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted by Hong Kong, China Association of Athletics Affiliates (HKAAA).
Step 4: Successful Enrolment
Successful applicants will be notified by HKAAA via email in late November, confirming the charity runners’ race category and start time.
